The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for someone who wants to shape our product strategy and ensure that every feature we release meets a world-class standard. You will play a foundational role in defining our vision while working in a collaborative, action-oriented environment that values deep user empathy and the ability to simplify complex challenges.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate across design, product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve real-world problems for both shoppers and merchants.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and prototyping solutions to shipping pixel-perfect products.
• Apply systems thinking to scale our design efforts and partner with product managers to identify new opportunities for growth.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in digital product design and a business-minded approach to your work. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally within fintech, ecommerce, or banking.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like Auto Layout, component variants, and design tokens.
• Experience with motion graphics and vector animations.
• A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, contribute to high-level strategy, and execute hands-on design work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear artifacts that explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Compensation and benefits

The estimated cash compensation for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 USD, plus equity. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
