Senior Product Designer at Axios HQ

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Axios HQ, our AI-powered platform designed to help organizations improve transparency and alignment through better communication. Backed by 20 million dollars in Series A funding and recognized as a top place to work, we are dedicated to building tools that foster trust and clarity in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature discovery by creating innovative concepts and end-to-end designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow designers to craft a compelling product vision.
• Engage with our customers to gather actionable insights and validate design solutions.
• Frame complex problems into clear pitches for executive leadership.
• Articulate your design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain our Figma design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of professional design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, including the ability to build and manage robust design libraries.
• Advanced UX and UI skills with a strong focus on prototyping.
• A deep understanding of product strategy and business goals.
• Proven ability to distill complicated concepts into simple, understandable statements.
• Strong experience in user research and testing methodologies.
• A track record of leading within a squad and building growth-oriented product experiences.
• Excellent group facilitation and communication skills.

The base salary for this full-time, remote position ranges from $135,000 to $155,000, depending on your experience, location, and specific skills. We also offer the following perks:
