Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Australia where you will own the design process from initial concept through to final production. You will be a key player in an empowered product trio, working alongside product managers and engineers to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Your impact
- Lead user and market research to identify the most critical problems that need solving.
- Translate complex concepts into high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that provide unique solutions.
- Execute usability testing and solution validation to drive continuous design iterations and product improvements.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in product design. Proficiency in Figma or similar interface design tools is essential. We value candidates who can communicate effectively in English and who are comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. While not required, previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse management systems will certainly give you an edge.
