What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our pioneering products, including our innovative CarePods, while working alongside a world-class group of doctors, engineers, and operators. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Transforming complex health diagnostics and clinical science into approachable, intuitive digital and physical user experiences.
• Designing immersive, self-serve diagnostic workflows for our CarePods that are both engaging and easy for members to navigate.
• Developing AI-enabled tools and workflows that empower clinicians to make data-driven decisions while maintaining a human-centered approach.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven professional with at least three years of experience in designing and shipping digital products. You should possess a strong foundation in user research, wireframing, and storytelling, with the ability to ground your design decisions in metrics and first-principles reasoning. We value individuals who thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable questioning industry norms to solve big problems. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a collaborative spirit, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change. A growth mindset and a passion for creating lasting impact are essential for success in this role.
