We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. As we continue to scale our platform, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of work by designing intuitive, AI-powered experiences that help our users thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives, taking projects from initial problem framing through to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define experience strategy, influence product roadmaps, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to advocate for the needs of our freelancers and clients, ensuring all design decisions are backed by deep user insights.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and high-quality craft.
- A proven history of shipping successful AI-powered products that solve complex problems and drive business value.
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, and experience using AI tools to streamline design workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
