Senior Product Designer
Pathstream is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our remote team and help transform the career trajectories of frontline workers. We are a mission-driven company of about 60 people dedicated to helping employees at large organizations unlock their professional potential through our learning technology platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts within a cross-functional pod, working closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality features.
- Redesign and refine our responsive web platform to create intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences.
- Design end-to-end features, ranging from personalized onboarding and goal setting to AI-powered career coaching tools.
- Apply visual storytelling and design strategy to build interfaces that encourage long-term engagement and skill development.
- Collaborate with researchers, learning designers, and coaches to guide projects from initial ideation through final implementation.
- Maintain and scale our design system to ensure accessibility and consistency across the product.
Must-haves
- 5 to 7 years of professional product design experience with a portfolio that highlights strong UX and UI skills.
- Proven success building B2B2C web applications within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Series A-C startup environment.
- Deep expertise in responsive design, accessibility, design systems, and user testing.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present work clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
- The ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote setting.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing digital products specifically for frontline or deskless workers.
- Background in learning technology, career mobility, or platforms focused on behavior change.

The salary range for this position is $106,000 to $156,000, depending on your location and experience.
