We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to take the lead on the user experience and design strategy for our website and mobile application. In this role, you will serve as a primary architect of the ONDA lifestyle experience, working in direct partnership with our CEO and COO. We operate with a hybrid work model for team members based in London and New York City, and we are also happy to consider talented professionals located within the time zones ranging from GMT+3 to GMT-5.
Key outcomes
- Establish our internal design culture as the first dedicated member of the design team.
- Scale our design operations by developing and maintaining comprehensive user flows, interaction designs, brand guidelines, and design systems.
- Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, from conducting initial user research to collaborating with engineering teams on final feature delivery.
- Identify and address user needs by analyzing data and conducting direct user interviews.
- Guide product priorities for our engineering team, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful launches.
- Align the organization around a unified product and design vision while defining key performance indicators and objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Product Design, UX Design, and Interaction Design.
- Proven ability to conduct User Research and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
- Strong proficiency in maintaining Brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication across our global team.
- A track record of working within an Agile environment to ship high-quality features.
