Senior Product Designer at Venn

What you'll be doing

• You will own the end-to-end design process for our platform, creating intuitive experiences for both our resident mobile apps and our operator-facing web tools.
• You will lead discovery, ideation, and validation efforts by working closely with our product managers, engineers, and data analysts to solve complex user problems.
• You will craft wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces in Figma while actively contributing to the growth and maintenance of our design system.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned designer with a strong grasp of both UX strategy and UI execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience designing digital products, ideally within complex systems or multi-user platforms.
• Deep expertise in Figma and a proven ability to manage and evolve design systems.
• A solid foundation in user research and data-driven design, allowing you to iterate based on real behavioral insights.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate your design vision to stakeholders.
• An academic degree in design.
• Fluency in English.
• If you have previous experience in B2B SaaS, real estate technology, or AI-driven personalization, that is a significant plus.
