Senior Product Designer at FrankieOne

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in Australia. You will be part of an energetic, mission-driven team that values solving complex problems and creating seamless, secure experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to shape our design strategy, using customer insights and data to define the methods and tools that drive our product vision.
• Simplify complex challenges by proposing elegant, user-focused design solutions while actively contributing to hands-on design work alongside your team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, identifying their strengths and supporting their professional growth to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in design, user experience, product management, or service design, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to implement lean design processes that maximize impact, along with a strong background in both B2B and B2C digital products.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong foundation in visual design, with previous exposure to the fintech, banking, or SaaS sectors being highly advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate project progress, dependencies, and design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders.
