Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be a key player in evolving our platform, working with a high degree of autonomy to define and launch complex, mission-critical experiences.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end design process for platform-level experiences, ensuring coherence across our entire ecosystem of products.
- Develop AI-first workflows that provide clear, actionable intelligence to first responders, helping them make better decisions in high-pressure environments.
- Drive user research and systems thinking to create scalable wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that set the standard for our product organization.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience designing complex digital platforms, with a focus on systems thinking rather than just individual features.
- Proven ability to design AI or machine learning-enabled products, specifically those involving human-in-the-loop decision support.
- Expertise in Figma and a strong interest in or experience with GIS, mapping, and geospatial visualization.
- A track record of conducting user research and translating those insights into effective product strategy.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners like engineers and product managers.
