We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. At DroneDeploy, we help thousands of companies in the construction, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors operate with certainty by automating reality capture through drones, robots, and 360 cameras. Responsibilities
- Own the entire design lifecycle, which includes conducting user research, creating prototypes, and executing final design implementations.
- Build and manage design systems to ensure our platform remains consistent and scalable as we grow.
- Use user-centered design principles and frameworks like Jobs to Be Done to solve complex problems and meet the specific needs of our global users.
Requirements
- A strong background in leading end-to-end design projects from the initial research phase through to final delivery.
- Expertise in modern design tools, with a specific focus on Figma.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, cross-functional team.
- Availability to work standard hours from 9 AM to 6 PM in the Pacific time zone and a willingness to travel occasionally for company events or site visits.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver impactful design solutions that align with business goals.
