What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be a key driver in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our web application remains intuitive and powerful. You will be expected to work from anywhere, bringing your expertise in Design, Figma, Prototyping, HTML, CSS, and Accessibility to the table.

• Translate complex customer challenges into actionable design proposals and roadmap initiatives.
• Develop rapid prototypes using various tools to test concepts and validate ideas quickly.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure technical viability and high-quality implementation of your designs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator who values incremental progress over perfection. You should have at least five years of professional experience designing software that has successfully shipped to users. A strong generalist mindset is essential, as you will need to be comfortable moving between design tools and writing production-level code. We require a solid grasp of accessibility fundamentals and a commitment to inclusive design. You must be proficient in English and demonstrate a clear ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
