We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us revolutionize the healthcare industry. What you'll be doing
- You will lead the design strategy for our navigation platform, ensuring our visual direction aligns with both our business goals and the needs of our users.
- You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with product managers and engineers to take features from initial concept through to final implementation.
- You will manage the end-to-end design process, which includes conducting user research, building prototypes, and refining the user experience based on direct feedback.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product design and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to simplify complex systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design with a focus on user-centered design principles.
- Expertise in using Figma to create high-quality designs and prototypes.
- A deep understanding of Agile development environments and experience working within established design systems.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly explain your design rationale to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
