What you bring

As a Senior Product Designer working on a full-time basis in India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform. You will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, working closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex challenges into seamless user experiences. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing intuitive, AI-powered tools that directly enhance the productivity of our sales users.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus and deliver high-quality, best-in-class product experiences.
• Partnering with our research team to uncover deep user needs and validate your design solutions through rigorous testing.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong portfolio that highlights complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals. You should have at least four years of experience designing web applications, preferably within the B2B SaaS space. A bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required. You must be highly proficient in Figma and comfortable applying core visual design principles like typography and hierarchy. While not mandatory, having a background in conversational interfaces or AI assistants, as well as a foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, will set you apart. We value individuals who think strategically about product vision and communicate their design decisions clearly to non-design audiences.
