The opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our design team by crafting cutting-edge, intuitive solutions for our internal and external products. You will lead the design process from the initial research phase through to final execution, ensuring that our work addresses both user needs and our broader strategic business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with cross-functional teams in a feedback-oriented environment to drive meaningful outcomes. You will be instrumental in guiding our design strategy and helping us maintain the high standards that define our brand.

A day in the life

• Lead end-to-end product design processes by utilizing methodologies like Design Thinking to meet diverse project goals.
• Collaborate closely with our product management, research, and engineering teams to advocate for user-centered design that aligns with our business targets.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a growth-oriented culture, while clearly communicating complex design concepts through documentation and detailed handoff processes.

Who you are

You are an experienced design leader with at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally gained within a startup or entrepreneurial environment. You hold a degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Psychology, or a related field, and you possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX/UI work. You are an analytical thinker who is comfortable making data-driven decisions, and you have a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. You are proficient in industry-standard design tools and design systems, and you have excellent communication skills in English, with German proficiency being a significant plus.
