What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based out of our New York office hub. In this senior-level role, you will focus on our monetization strategy, ensuring that our platform remains accessible and sustainable for our global community of over 60 million monthly users.

What will you do?

• Design high-quality, intuitive monetization experiences, including ad formats and payment flows, across our web and native applications.
• Own the entire design process from initial concept and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content designers to balance user experience needs with business objectives.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a detail-oriented designer with 5 or more years of experience building interactive web and native applications. You possess strong skills in UX, UI, interaction, and visual design, and you are comfortable working within established design systems. We are looking for someone who has experience with forms design and a solid understanding of ad formats for consumer-facing apps. You should be proficient in English and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where you can use your storytelling and presentation skills to advocate for your design decisions.
