Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will play a vital role in shaping the developer, B2B, and operational workflows that power our autonomous ridehail service, helping us improve platform quality and speed up development across our engineering teams.
Your impact
- Drive design strategy by managing the full product lifecycle from initial concept and brainstorming through to prototyping, user testing, and final launch.
- Collaborate across teams to understand business needs and usability gaps, partnering with stakeholders like product managers, systems engineers, and operations leads to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Optimize operational efficiency by facilitating design sprints, developing service blueprints, and creating interface designs that directly reduce costs and improve development velocity.
What you'll need
- Proven expertise in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates how your work has improved operational efficiency or product quality.
- Deep knowledge of design fundamentals, human-computer interaction, and user experience best practices.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping software such as Figma.
- Experience performing user research and usability testing to inform and guide your design decisions.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for tackling complex challenges and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Perks and compensation
