Senior Product Designer CRM at Blink

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Embedded practice, where you will work closely with our largest client partners to deliver meaningful, long-term impact.

What you bring

In this full-time senior role, you will be based in either Bellevue, Washington, or Frisco, Texas, working in a hybrid capacity. You will act as a key driver for digital innovation, utilizing your mastery of Design Thinking, Adobe XD, and UX principles to create workflows and personas that define the future of our clients' products. Your daily contributions will focus on three primary areas:

• Leading the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial concept models and user journeys to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions are implemented with high quality and remain consistent with established branding and design systems.
• Facilitating design-centered workshops and presenting your strategic work to product stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in human-computer interaction or a related design field, supported by a degree or equivalent professional experience. You should be a champion of user-centered design with a proven track record of launching mobile apps that solve complex problems. We value individuals who can articulate their design process through compelling case studies and who demonstrate clear communication skills in English. Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD is essential, as is the ability to interpret analytics and usability data to optimize the end-to-end digital experience. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
