We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Ad Formats team, where you will help innovate our advertising offerings while crafting intuitive and delightful experiences for our users.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects that balance revenue goals with a seamless user experience.
- Partner with engineering, product management, research, and marketing teams to develop data-informed, user-centric solutions.
- Manage stakeholder feedback across the organization to ensure alignment on design goals.
- Support the implementation and quality assurance phases alongside our engineering partners.
- Maintain a high standard of design excellence and provide mentorship to junior members of the team.
Must-haves
- A strong portfolio showcasing prototyping skills, product thinking, and business acumen.
- Proven experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Deep understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and color.
- Ability to work within and expand upon an existing design system.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- A track record of building and iterating on digital products in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience working on product redesigns.
- A history of contributing to or managing complex design systems.
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $123,470 to $254,024 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer the following:
