Senior Product Design at Venn

Our platform changes that by bridging the gap between property management and community building. We provide a comprehensive ecosystem that includes a resident-facing app for seamless living, an experience hub for property managers to gain actionable insights, and a dedicated team of experts who foster real-world connections. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team in Israel and help us shape the future of how people experience their homes.

What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to translate complex needs into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• You will own the design process for new feature development across our web and mobile platforms, ensuring every interaction feels seamless for our users.
• You will conduct independent user research, such as interviews and usability testing, to validate your concepts and ensure our solutions are deeply rooted in user-centered design.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in creating digital products that serve both B2C and B2B audiences. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in product design, backed by a portfolio that demonstrates your unique process and high standards for visual design.
• You are highly proficient in Figma and have a deep understanding of how to build and contribute to robust design systems.
• You are comfortable working in an agile environment where you can independently manage UX flows, sketches, and prototypes at various levels of fidelity.
• You possess a bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or you have equivalent practical experience that proves your expertise.
• You have a strong command of the English language, which allows you to communicate your design vision clearly to cross-functional partners.
• You are a self-starter who thrives on solving problems and ensuring that your designs are implemented accurately by our engineering team.
