Role at a glance
We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level remote role open to candidates located anywhere, provided you can align with our core working hours in the GMT+3 time zone.
Your impact
- Track and improve the performance of our SEO and organic acquisition channels, spotting growth opportunities and removing bottlenecks that limit reach.
- Build and maintain dashboards plus automated reports that give marketing and product teams clear visibility into traffic quality and channel health.
- Design and run experiments that measure the real impact of changes on organic traffic, then turn findings into actionable recommendations.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of hands-on analytics experience, preferably inside a B2C product organization. You have a proven record working with SEO and organic-traffic data, understand acquisition funnels inside out, and know how to design and evaluate A/B tests. Advanced SQL skills are essential, along with comfort using columnar databases such as BigQuery. You are confident writing Python for analysis with pandas and numpy, and you have experience creating data models and data marts. Familiarity with BI tools like Metabase and a solid grasp of statistical methods round out your toolkit. Fluent English at a minimum B2 level is required.
A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics or a related field is preferred, as is experience with dbt, basic ETL pipelines, and SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
