As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will shape the systems that power this technology and keep our engineering teams productive every day.

What you'll be doing

• Own our infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, and monitoring systems from end to end, ensuring they remain reliable and easy to maintain.
• Design and deliver scalable services that support the entire engineering organization, collaborating closely with other engineers to ship features that last.
• Partner with the machine-learning team to run state-of-the-art ML infrastructure while continuously looking for ways to reduce complexity and future maintenance work.

What you'll bring

• At least five years of professional software-engineering experience, taking products from initial concept through release and ongoing maintenance.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-team engineering projects and designing services that scale.
• Strong preference for minimizing complexity and long-term maintenance burden in everything you build.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, primarily remote environment and the ability to stay effective while working independently.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider-AWS, GCP, or Azure-and familiarity with modern infrastructure tools; we mainly use Python, Temporal, Terraform, and Kubernetes, but value solid engineering skills above any single technology.
• Fluency in English.
