What is this role?
We are hiring a Senior Platform Engineer on a full-time basis. The position is open to candidates at the senior level and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
What will you do?
- Take end-to-end ownership of our infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, and monitoring systems so the rest of the engineering organization can ship reliably.
- Design and deliver scalable platform features while collaborating with other engineers to keep solutions simple and maintainable over time.
- Partner closely with the machine-learning team to run state-of-the-art ML infrastructure and continuously look for ways to automate routine work.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least five years of professional software-engineering experience building, shipping, and maintaining production systems. You have led complex, cross-team initiatives and enjoy reducing long-term complexity. You thrive in a collaborative, remote-friendly setting and communicate clearly through code reviews and mentoring. While we mainly use Python, Temporal, Terraform, and Kubernetes, we value strong engineering fundamentals over any single tool. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider-AWS, GCP, or Azure-is essential.
