What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that focuses on maintaining and scaling our cloud-native infrastructure. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a global team to ensure our platform remains resilient, high-performing, and ready to support our mission of global, on-demand production.

What will you do?

• Maintain 24/7 platform operations by participating in on-call rotations and managing incident responses.
• Develop and evolve AI agents that automate scaling, diagnostics, and recovery using event-driven logic.
• Manage our multi-cloud infrastructure through declarative, automated workflows and Infrastructure as Code.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable systems. We are looking for the following skills and qualities:

• Deep knowledge of Linux fundamentals, including system internals, networking, and memory management.
• Extensive experience with AWS and familiarity with GCP, specifically regarding EKS, networking, and cost optimization.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes operations, security, and cluster networking.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python or Go, along with a willingness to work with AI development tools like Cursor and Claude.
• A strong interest in or experience with building AI agents and RAG workflows.
• Fluency in English, which is required for all applications.
