What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of our direct-to-consumer acquisition path by optimizing every step from the initial ad click to the first patient message, with a focus on lowering customer acquisition costs and boosting qualified interactions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive consumer search strategies from the ground up, which includes performing keyword-level intent analysis and identifying competitive gaps.
• Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to run rapid experiments on ad creative and landing page messaging, ensuring we are constantly iterating to improve conversion rates.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in consumer-focused marketing and a passion for data-driven growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Five to seven years of experience managing paid acquisition for consumer products within a high-growth startup environment.
• Direct, hands-on experience running paid acquisition specifically for a DTC healthcare product or service.
• A deep understanding of how to operate effectively within regulated healthcare environments.
• Proven technical proficiency with platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, and Reddit.
• A strong analytical foundation with the ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests.
• The ability to write compelling ad copy, shape landing page content, and translate complex performance data into clear strategic narratives.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
