Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Patient Growth Marketing Manager on a full-time, senior-level basis. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
Your impact
- Own the full-funnel acquisition strategy that drives both enterprise-member and direct-to-consumer enrollment, running campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, SEO, direct mail, referrals, and affiliate channels.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests, then translate results into clear recommendations that shape messaging, offers, audiences, and budget allocation.
- Partner with Client Success, Implementations, and Growth Product teams to launch co-marketing programs with new and existing partners while delivering transparent reporting that ties spend to measurable growth.
What you'll need
- At least six years of growth-marketing experience, ideally marketing healthcare services directly to patients, plus four or more years managing paid-ad platforms and building audiences.
- Four or more years of hands-on email-marketing experience and a proven track record using conversion-rate optimization and multivariate testing to guide decisions.
- Experience scaling acquisition programs across multiple markets and product lines, strong quantitative skills for analyzing performance data, and comfort working on a small, distributed team that may require up to 10 percent travel for in-person meetings.
- Fluency in English and genuine excitement for our mission of making high-quality, affordable care accessible to everyone.

This position offers a base salary between $130,000 and $160,000 annually, along with meaningful equity grants that scale with company performance.
