What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to join us on a contractor basis. This is a senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our paid social programs, working closely with our marketing leadership to drive meaningful results.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels to support our business objectives.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging, platform-specific content that captures the unique spirit of our games while amplifying top-performing assets.
- Manage and optimize social media budgets across various SKUs and platforms, ensuring we maximize our return on investment and meet our financial goals.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in paid social advertising, specifically for retail-driven CPG brands. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Four to six years of experience managing social media ad programs, with a strong preference for those who have worked with toy or game brands.
- Expert knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising, including creative formats, platform-level metrics, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in using POS aggregator tools like Tableau to analyze real-time sales data and measure the impact of your marketing initiatives.
- The ability to commit at least 20 hours per week to this role, including attendance at team meetings.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of managing substantial budgets to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when bridging the gap between creative strategy and performance advertising.
