What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a senior-level position where you will take hands-on responsibility for our Google Shopping and CSS activities, driving innovation and efficiency across our paid search channels.
What will you do?
- Take full ownership of the planning, structure, and scaling of our Google Shopping and CSS campaigns to maximize performance.
- Monitor KPIs and budgets closely to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage the quality of our data feeds within the Google Merchant Center, ensuring that attributes, rules, and policies are perfectly aligned for optimal campaign delivery.
What makes you a great fit?
You should bring several years of senior-level experience in performance marketing, specifically with a focus on Google Shopping and CSS mechanics. We value candidates who possess a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency with tracking and feed management tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Because we operate in an international context, you must be fluent in both German and English. While not required, experience with SQL, BigQuery, or dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.
