About the Role
We are searching for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our machine learning solutions. You will work alongside our data scientists and product teams to ensure that our AI models are not only reliable and scalable but also efficiently deployed and monitored in production environments.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes while utilizing Terraform to automate provisioning through infrastructure as code.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for model training and feature engineering, using tools like Apache Airflow to ensure consistent monitoring and workflow orchestration.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have at least five years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or Data Engineering. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and the ability to communicate effectively in English within a client-facing environment.
- Deep expertise in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven ability to manage the machine learning lifecycle, including model versioning, monitoring, and pipeline orchestration.
- Experience working with major cloud platforms and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including large-scale processing frameworks.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to mentor others and advocate for high-quality engineering standards.
Location
This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the world.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe in fostering a supportive and flexible work culture that allows our team members to grow both personally and professionally. Our benefits include:
- A permanent remote work arrangement.
