What you bring

As our Senior Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Americas Regional Marketing. This is a full-time, remote role where you will leverage data to shape our regional approach and ensure our marketing efforts remain both effective and aligned with our broader business goals. You will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Implementing and maintaining advanced data analytics systems to measure performance and drive decision-making.
• Streamlining marketing operations, workflows, and the selection of essential technology tools.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of analytical rigor and operational expertise. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, while an advanced degree like an MBA or MSc is considered a plus. You must have at least 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years specifically focused on strategy and operations. We value individuals who demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, a proven track record in executing successful campaigns across various channels, and deep familiarity with marketing technology platforms. You should be a strong communicator who can negotiate effectively and present insights clearly to senior leadership.

What we offer

We provide a competitive annual base salary range of $170,000 to $210,000 USD. In addition to this compensation, our team members are eligible for stock option grants and potential annual bonuses.
