The role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for a proactive professional who is ready to take ownership of our marketing and sales support efforts. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand presence and driving growth through strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and support our broader business goals.
• Manage and optimize omni-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, while analyzing performance to refine our approach.
• Lead Salesforce and Pardot list management to ensure data integrity and support our sales team with targeted prospecting and compelling collateral.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and a passion for results. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience across diverse marketing functions such as content creation, digital strategy, and event planning.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with essential tools including Salesforce, Pardot, and various marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• A highly organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 USD, depending on your experience and location. We support our team through a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
