We are looking for someone who shares our passion for making financial goals a reality.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to join our Growth Technology and Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our marketing programs, helping us scale by driving key business metrics. You will partner with marketing and product leadership to turn strategy into action, managing roadmaps and ensuring that our cross-functional teams are perfectly aligned. This is a chance to shape the processes that define how we work, testing new marketing technologies and creating workflows that will influence our success across every business unit.
A day in the life
- You will coordinate complex, concurrent projects by acting as a bridge between departments like Creative, Engineering, Analytics, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.
- You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues early to keep our initiatives on track and our stakeholders informed.
- You will develop and implement standardized best practices and efficient processes that improve productivity and visibility for teams across the entire organization.
Who you are
You are a data-driven professional with a passion for building systems that work. You have a knack for navigating ambiguity and a bias toward taking action to get things done. To be successful here, you should have the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically working with marketing, product, or engineering teams in a collaborative tech environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously across large, cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of various frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- A growth mindset, with a constant desire to seek feedback and improve your craft.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we offer a base salary of $178,000 for this role, along with equity. Beyond the compensation, we support your well-being and professional journey with a robust benefits package, including:
- Comprehensive medical and dental insurance.
- Commuter benefits to support your daily travel.
- Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and a paid gift week in December.
- Access to education perks and retirement planning resources.
- Wellness programs designed to keep you feeling your best.
