Key outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to our Marketing and RevOps teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee our marketing technology stack, including the administration of platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Apollo, Rollworks, Snowflake, and Google Analytics.
- Support demand generation by building dashboards that track conversion rates, attribution models, and funnel performance.
- Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering, to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Standardize and document marketing processes, such as lead follow-up procedures and campaign creation, while training go-to-market teams on these best practices.
- Develop reporting standards to measure campaign ROI and identify new opportunities for pipeline growth.
- Partner with our product and engineering teams to test and refine the People.ai platform for our marketing users.
Requirements
- A proven history of defining and executing marketing operations strategies and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, specifically coordinating with sales, analytics, and demand generation teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate go-to-market success using Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and sales pipeline motions.
- Administrative proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and similar marketing or sales development software.
- Technical competency in Excel, with additional experience using Tableau or SQL.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience performing detailed data analysis to inform business decisions.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000. In addition to this compensation, we offer remote work flexibility and equity compensation.
