About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a senior-level role where you will act as a key contributor, working closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine the processes that support our marketing organization. You will play a vital role in managing our marketing technology stack and ensuring our data-driven strategies effectively support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Design and implement automated marketing workflows that nurture leads, engage our customers, and drive meaningful conversions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, roadmaps, and process blueprints to guide our marketing operations and enhance overall team efficiency.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a wealth of experience and a collaborative mindset to our team. Key qualifications include:
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation, with a history of taking on progressively more responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology projects and maintain productive relationships with vendors and agencies.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- A deep understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and how they apply to marketing activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to campaign tracking, list segmentation, and HTML templates.
Location
This position is based in Canada and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
