As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the full-funnel marketing strategy and managing a multi-million-dollar budget for the fastest-growing forex trading provider in the US. This role will report directly to Senior Management. The Senior Marketing Manager role is a senior role that requires a sound understanding of financial services marketing and superior prioritization skills to achieve aggressive growth targets, which include performance compensation incentives. 

What you’ll do:  

• Develop and implement comprehensive, holistic marketing strategies and plans focused on brand awareness, acquisition & customer retention  
• Manage multi-million-dollar marketing budget across digital channels  
• Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel, integrated campaigns by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Ops, Growth, Brand, CX, etc.)
• Define key performance indicators and set performance targets for marketing campaigns. 
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. 
• Create and distribute marketing campaign briefs to internal production teams  
• Partner with marketing intelligence to communicate performance results regularly to senior stakeholders  
• Gather relevant market data (consumer, competitive, advertising trends) to help formulate marketing strategy  
• Partner with legal, compliance, brand, and commercial teams to develop marketing promotions and ensure all marketing is compliant and on-brand  

Who you are:  

• 3-5 yrs experience working in a the Financial Services Industry
• Experience or interest in learning about the world of FX trading and financial markets  
• Conversant in brand and CRM, as well as acquisition including paid social, display/programmatic, search, SEO, partnerships, etc.   
• Detail-oriented and strong project management skills, ability to juggle projects with many cross-functional teams  
• Expertise using data to drive marketing decisions, proficiency in Google Analytics

Salary Range: $135,000 - $140,000 
The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications
