Since our launch with HSBC in 2018, we have expanded our reach to clients across 24 countries and grown our operations more than tenfold. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Japan on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to help us shape our brand presence and drive growth in the Japanese market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives and resonate with the unique dynamics of the Japanese market.
- Partner with our local sales team to create high-impact sales enablement materials, including product collateral, case studies, and presentations, while managing necessary translations and edits.
- Take charge of brand awareness initiatives by coordinating public relations efforts, planning industry events, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key influencers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA considered a significant advantage.
- Proven professional experience in B2B marketing within Japan.
- A solid understanding of the fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns and a strong analytical mindset for interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with essential marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Monday, and SEMrush.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
