As a global leader in cloud-native, API-based payment processing and wallet management infrastructure, we enable users to pay with unprecedented flexibility. Since our launch with HSBC in 2018, we have expanded our reach to clients across 24 countries and grown our operations more than tenfold. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Japan on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to help us shape our brand presence and drive growth in the Japanese market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives and resonate with the unique dynamics of the Japanese market.
Partner with our local sales team to create high-impact sales enablement materials, including product collateral, case studies, and presentations, while managing necessary translations and edits.
Take charge of brand awareness initiatives by coordinating public relations efforts, planning industry events, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key influencers and stakeholders.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA considered a significant advantage.
Proven professional experience in B2B marketing within Japan.
A solid understanding of the fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors.
Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns and a strong analytical mindset for interpreting data to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with essential marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Monday, and SEMrush.
Business-level proficiency in English.
