What you bring

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this senior role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring our products reach the researchers who need them most. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively promote our specialized products and services.
• Leading multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and industry events.
• Collaborating closely with product development teams to craft compelling messaging and positioning for our latest innovations.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong background in marketing, ideally within the biotechnology or life sciences sector. We require at least five years of professional experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, though an MBA is highly preferred. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage budgets, lead external agencies, and derive actionable insights from complex market data. You should also be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, which include extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking while performing office and event-related tasks.
