About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic thinker who can navigate various marketing disciplines while maintaining a deep passion for crafting compelling content. You will play a vital role in engaging our audiences, supporting product launches, and communicating our value proposition effectively. This position requires a blend of business acumen, analytical thinking, and operational expertise to help take our marketing efforts to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production: Develop high-quality content across multiple formats, including long-form reports, website copy, and social media posts, while managing the production workflow for expert-contributed articles.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from audience segmentation and targeting to deployment and performance analysis, ensuring our communication strategies drive meaningful engagement.
- Community and Launch Support: Partner with internal teams to understand our expert and client communities, execute LinkedIn engagement strategies, and collaborate on the launch of new products and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a background in content, email, or product marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience working with email marketing platforms, preferably Marketo Engage.
- Proficiency in using CMS tools like WordPress and a strong command of Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and Sheets.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for prompt writing.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communications.
- A metrics-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into effective marketing strategies.

This position is available to candidates anywhere, offering a hybrid work model that supports both remote team members and those local to our Boston headquarters.
