What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in NYC, SF, or Denver. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, ensuring our brand resonates with our audience while delivering measurable growth. You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition.
- Managing data-driven lead generation campaigns across digital, email, and field channels.
- Collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective enablement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 7 to 10 years of experience in consumer-facing fintech or proptech sectors. You should have a deep understanding of lead generation, content marketing, and campaign optimization. We value candidates who are comfortable working in a startup environment and have a proven track record of building strategies from the ground up. Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation is essential, as is the ability to make data-driven decisions. What we offer
We provide a competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000. In addition to this compensation, we offer a robust benefits package to support your health and long-term financial well-being.
