As a global provider of API-based payment processing and wallet management infrastructure, we offer a cloud-native, hyper-configurable platform that allows users to pay with unprecedented flexibility. Since our launch in 2018, we have grown more than tenfold, powering payments for major global banks, airlines, and innovative fintech companies across 24 countries. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time position based in Japan to join our team. This is a hybrid role where you will play a vital part in building our brand presence and driving our marketing initiatives within the Japanese market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives and resonate with the unique requirements of the Japanese market.
- Drive brand awareness by leading public relations efforts and coordinating impactful events, such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Partner closely with our sales, legal, and compliance teams to create effective sales enablement materials and ensure all regional activities meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA considered a strong asset.
- Proven professional experience in B2B marketing within Japan, ideally with a deep understanding of the fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns, coupled with an analytical mindset to interpret data and report on performance metrics.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Monday, and SEMrush.
- Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese to facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
