About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Japan and focuses on driving our brand presence within the local market. You will work closely with our global marketing and sales teams to tell our story, develop localized strategies, and ensure our technology resonates with the unique needs of the Japanese fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to Japanese sales objectives and market dynamics.
- Drive brand awareness by managing public relations efforts and coordinating industry events, such as conferences and webinars.
- Create localized sales enablement materials, including product collateral and case studies, while ensuring all activities meet regional legal and compliance standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within Japan.
- A deep understanding of the payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and utilize marketing tools like HubSpot, Monday, and SEM Rush.
- A demonstrated track record of leading and executing successful marketing campaigns.
