We are ClickTime, a leader in time management software that helps thousands of organizations worldwide track over 160 billion dollars in employee time. As a profitable and growing team of over 40 people, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts and help us scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads.
- Take full ownership of our email, paid, social, and lifecycle marketing programs while exploring new growth channels.
- Use data to analyze campaign performance, refine our messaging, and iterate on targeting strategies.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials and communication platforms.
- Work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure our marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to two junior team members to help them grow in their roles.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a specific focus on demand generation.
- A track record of growing pipelines through multi-channel programs like SEM, paid media, email, and events.
- Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior talent.
- A deep understanding of how to market effectively to finance, HR, and IT professionals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
