The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead our social and content efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our new office in Surry Hills. You will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand voice and visual identity, working closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure every campaign we launch is both beautiful and effective. You will be the heartbeat of our digital presence, ensuring that our community stays engaged and inspired across all our platforms.
A day in the life
- You will champion the development and execution of our content strategy, from initial brainstorming sessions to the final delivery of high-impact brand campaigns.
- You will manage our brand-owned channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our website, by creating and curating best-in-class organic content that drives meaningful growth.
- You will analyze campaign performance and stay ahead of emerging trends, applying those insights to refine our approach and set a high standard of creative excellence for the brand.
Who you are
You are a creative professional with a deep understanding of the content and social media landscape. You are digitally savvy, always looking for the next big trend, and you have a proven ability to manage both paid and organic strategies. Your background includes:
- Relevant experience in the content and social media space, including managing professional accounts on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in creating and editing vertical video, with experience using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and InShot.
- A strong ability to draft clever, short-form copy and develop efficient briefs for design and digital teams.
- Experience working on large-scale brand campaigns, including managing external agencies and overseeing complex deliverables.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a creative field, or a demonstrated history of continuous up-skilling in these areas.
- Fluency in English and a genuine excitement to contribute to a fun, collaborative office culture.
