OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled web production specialist to assist with publishing, editing, and managing the digital content across various web platforms to ensure it is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand's voice and strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content that drives traffic, engages audiences, and supports the organization’s goals.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Create, edit, and publish web pages using content management systems (CMS) to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
- Collaborate with design, content, and demand teams, along with development partners to implement web page layouts, ensuring responsive and visually appealing designs
- Update and maintain existing web pages to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with brand guidelines
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on web pages, identifying and fixing any issues related to formatting, links, content and/or multimedia
- Optimize web pages for speed and performance, implementing best practices for loading times and mobile compatibility
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to customize web pages and enhance functionality where necessary
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for new web pages, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of work experience with web content publication and production
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experienced with HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript and Craft, Sitecore, Umbraco or other CMS
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Manage and Prioritize Multiple Projects
- Must be very detail oriented
