We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Manager of Video Production to join our social media team. Our company focuses on building a strong presence across digital platforms, and we need someone who is passionate about visual storytelling to help us connect with our audience. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a love for creating content that stops the scroll, we would love to have you on board to help shape our brand identity through high-quality video.
What you'll be doing
- You will partner with our marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and produce engaging video content that supports our current campaigns and long-term brand goals.
- You will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, including filming high-quality footage for events and interviews, as well as managing the full post-production process.
- You will edit raw footage into polished final assets, using your expertise in sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics to ensure every piece of content is optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft compelling narratives through video. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in video editing and production.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Technical skill in operating professional camera equipment to capture high-quality visual content.
- A deep understanding of visual aesthetics and the ability to adapt content for various social media formats.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects independently.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have prior familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
