Polygon Labs is a software development firm dedicated to building a network of aggregated blockchains through the AggLayer, which is secured by Ethereum. We focus on creating public infrastructure that connects user bases and liquidity across chains. Our team has also contributed to major scaling protocols like Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon CDK. We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Video Production to join our social media team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities
- Partner with our marketing and social media teams to conceptualize and produce high-impact video content that supports our brand goals and campaign strategies.
- Capture professional-grade footage for a variety of needs, including promotional materials, interviews, and live events.
- Oversee the full post-production workflow, including editing raw footage, color grading, sound mixing, and incorporating motion graphics to create a polished final product.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in video production and editing, supported by a strong portfolio of your previous work.
- Advanced technical proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Expertise in operating professional camera equipment to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Strong narrative skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics that align with modern social media trends.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset for working within a distributed team.
- The capacity to manage multiple creative projects independently while meeting deadlines.
