Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Manager of User Acquisition to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position dedicated to driving our growth strategy. Please note that this role is strictly for candidates based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of our user acquisition strategy across digital channels, with a primary focus on paid advertising and managing external agency partners.
• Partner with our analytics team to dive deep into performance data, ensuring our media mix is optimized to meet our core business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our co-founder and cross-functional teams to align brand messaging, creative assets, and web landing pages to maximize traffic and conversions.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience managing paid search and paid social channels for B2C brands, with a deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta.
• Expertise in using data tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer to inform marketing decisions.
• A strong grasp of CRO principles and a proven ability to manage complex campaign budgets.
• A quantitative mindset, a "get it done" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bonus points if you have experience with SDK and DSP networks or have worked within the gaming industry.
• Fluency in English.
