What you bring

As a Senior Manager, Talent Programs & AI Operations, you will own the operating model for our executive succession and talent development programs. This full-time, remote role is perfect for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build scalable, AI-driven workflows. You will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and refining AI-enabled operating models to improve the efficiency and scalability of our talent management initiatives.
• Leading the end-to-end operational delivery of executive programs, including evaluations, development pathways, and program governance.
• Translating complex talent data into actionable executive insights and dashboards to support high-level decision-making.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a strong AI mindset who understands how to integrate automation into business processes. You should possess exceptional strategic thinking skills, allowing you to turn open-ended briefs into structured, insight-led plans. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in program design for senior populations and demonstrates rigorous project execution abilities. You must be a clear, structured communicator capable of producing executive-ready materials, and you should be fluent in English. A background in human resources, talent management, and vendor management is essential for success in this position.
