Since our founding in 2016, we have focused on addressing the significant healthcare burden caused by this painful condition. Our leadership team brings together experienced executives and investors with a proven history of bringing innovative, life-changing urology technology to the market. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Programs to join our marketing department and help us shape the future of patient care in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement comprehensive engagement strategies for physicians, ranging from fellowship support to leadership development.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in endourology to establish our brand as a preferred industry partner.
- Manage academic programs for residents and fellows, including the administration of fellowship grants and clinical research projects.
- Create and deliver effective peer-to-peer educational initiatives, including faculty management, curriculum design, and the use of diverse learning technologies.
- Collaborate across internal teams to align educational activities with our broader commercial and clinical objectives.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree combined with at least 8 years of professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the medical device industry.
- At least 3 years of proven success in designing and administering professional education or academic programs.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively as a presenter and listener.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience working within the urology field.
Compensation
We provide a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000. In addition to base pay, our benefits package includes:
