Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Postscript

Since our founding in 2018, we have operated as a fully remote organization. We have grown to a team of more than 250 professionals and are supported by top-tier investors such as Greylock and Y Combinator. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to help shape the future of our core SMS products and platform.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for our core product lines, ensuring a cohesive narrative across the entire organization.
• Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features, product launches, and market expansions in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead competitive intelligence initiatives to keep our teams ahead of market trends and provide the insights necessary to succeed in competitive sales environments.
• Foster strong cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Product Managers and GTM teams to bridge the gap between product strategy and market execution.
• Provide mentorship and professional development to direct reports, starting with one initial team member.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Demonstrated success working within sales and customer success-led organizations, with the ability to create effective enablement materials.
• Expertise in project management with a proven history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams including Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the martech or ecommerce sectors.
• Background in marketing products that involve complex data, integrations, or compliance requirements.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is USD $163,000 to $194,000. In addition to the base salary, we offer the following benefits:
